Training Platform (Trainero)

The Is It Time Performance application is built using Trainero White Label. Trainero Oy acts as our data processor by providing the application’s infrastructure, hosting, security, and technical platform.

Personal data is securely stored on servers located within the European Union.

Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc.

Stripe is responsible for processing payment information, including credit card details, in compliance with the PCI DSS security standards.

Is It Time Performance Oy only receives confirmation that a payment has been completed, along with the accounting documents required for bookkeeping.

Accounting Services

Our accounting service provider receives only the billing and payment information necessary to fulfill legal accounting obligations.


8. Data Retention

Training data, profile information, and workout history are stored for as long as your account remains active.

After your customer relationship ends, your account and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized within two months, unless you request deletion sooner.

Accounting records, including payment confirmations and receipts received from Stripe, are retained for six (6) years following the end of the relevant financial year, as required by law.


9. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Download your own training data from the application.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
  • Request the deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
